O2O模式下的会展服务分析

摘要 展会要想获得成功,必须重视会展服务的质量。当前,“互联网+”技术不断得到普及和应用,O2O模式迅猛发展,为会展企业服务带来了诸多创新性的变革,尤其是服务行业,线上支付、电商物流的逐渐普及和应用,让会展服务理念、战略管理方面发生转变,O2O模式与会展服务体系的融合帮助企业实现了资源对接和工作效益提升。基于此,本文从会展服务基本理论入手,探究传统模式与O2O模式的不同,并给出会展服务创新发展的可行性战略。 To successfully hold an exhibition,we must attach importance to the quality of exhibition services.At present,the"Internet+"technology continues to be popularized and applied,and the O2O model is developing rapidly,bringing many innovative changes to the services of exhibition enterprises,especially the service industry.The gradual popularization and application of online payment and e-commerce logistics has changed the concept of exhibition services and strategic management.The integration of the O2O model and the exhibition service system helps companies realize resource docking and improve work efficiency.Based on this,this article starts with the basic theory of exhibition services,explores the difference between the traditional model and the O2O model,and gives a feasible strategy for the innovative development of exhibition services.
