扇形喷嘴射流行为的数值模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 以高压扇形喷嘴射流行为为研究对象,建立了描述扇形喷嘴射流行为的三维数学模型,采用数值模拟方法对不同入口压力、收缩角和V型切槽半角条件下扇形喷嘴射流特性进行研究。研究结果表明:当扇形喷嘴几何参数不变时,随着入口压力增加,射流冲击核心区域内水的流速显著增加,射流冲击宽度变化不显著;随着V型切槽半角的增加,射流冲击核心区域内水的流速显著增加,但射流冲击宽度显著降低;扇形喷嘴入口直径(收缩角)变化主要影响喷嘴内部流动特性,对外流场影响不显著。 A three-dimensional mathematical model was established to describe the jet behavior of a high pressure fan-shapednozzle.The jet characteristics of fan-shapednozzle under the conditions of different inlet pressure,contraction angle and thehalf angle of V-shaped grooving were studied by numerical simulation method.The results show that when the geometric parameters of the fan-shapednozzle are constant,the velocity of the water in the jet impingement core region increases significantly with the increase of the inlet pressure,while the impingement width of the jet has no significant change;with the increase of the half angle of V-shaped grooving,the velocity of thewater in the core region of jet impingement increases significantly,but the jet impingement width decreases significantly;the variation of inlet diameter(contraction angle)of fan-shapednozzle mainly affects the internal flow characteristics of the nozzle,and has little effect on the external flow field.
