在全国高等学校大力推进创新创业教育的背景下,高校法学教育领域也开始全面推进创新创业综合改革。地方高校法学专业毕业生作为国家“依法治国”战略稳步有序推进的重要人才储备资源,其就业问题事关国家发展大局。基于此,以“立足法学实践、主动创新创业”为切入点,深入探讨地方高校法学专业创新创业教育改革相关理论问题和实践问题,并从法学专业创新创业教育目标构建、课程体系构建、教学体系构建、评价体系构建等四个方面对地方高校法学专业创新创业教育体系的改革提出优化建议。
