随着互联网技术的发展与应用的普及,高校创新创业教育面临着来自供给侧与需求侧的双重挑战,而创新创业师资队伍是应对挑战极为关键的一环。“互联网+”为创新创业师资队伍建设提供了新理念、新手段、新契机,有助于解决当前创新创业教师发展面临的困境。具体而言,高校要积极从供给侧深入分析,改革创新创业教育理念,以数字化蓝图重塑创新创业教师发展愿景;强化数字化支撑能力,以大数据技术推动创新创业教师聚焦核心素养提升;创新校企合作渠道,以平台化模式促进创新创业教师实战经验提升。

With the deepening of Internet technology and application,innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has faced dual challenges from the supply side and the demand side.The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers is a key link to meet the challenges.“Internet+”also provides new ideas,new means and new opportunities for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurial teachers,which helps to solve the current difficulties faced by the development of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers.Specifically,universities should actively carry out in-depth reform from the supply side,change the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and reestablish the development vision of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers with digital blueprint;strengthen digital support ability,promote innovation and entrepreneurship teachers to focus on core literacy with big data technology;innovate school enterprise cooperation channels,and promote the commercialization of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers’practical experience by platform mode.
