“双循环”新发展格局下大学生就业质量评价及提升对策研究

Research on the evaluation and promotion of the employment quality of college students in the new development pattern of“double circulation”

深入阐述了“双循环”新发展格局的背景及核心要义,并从新发展格局和大学生就业质量等两个主体的不同方面分析了其相互作用机理;探讨建立“双循环”新发展格局下的大学生就业质量评价体系,并以辽宁省为例进行实证分析;在此基础上,提出“双循环”新发展格局下提升大学生就业质量的对策。研究表明,“双循环”新发展格局下大学生就业质量有所提高,但对大学生综合素质提出了更高的要求。应该充分发挥政府、高校、企业、大学生自身四个方面的耦合力量,不断提高“双循环”新发展格局下的大学生就业质量。

This paper elaborates the background and core essence of the new development pattern of“double circulation”,analyzes the interaction mechanism between the new development pattern and employment quality from different aspects of the two main bodies,and discusses the establishment of the evaluation system of college students’employment quality in the new development pattern of“double circulation”.Taking Liaoning Province as an example for empirical analysis,and based on this,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employment quality of college students in the new development pattern of“double circulation”.The research shows that the employment quality of college students has been improved under the new development pattern of“double circulation”,but it also puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of college students.We should give full play to the coupling power of the government,universities,enterprises and college students themselves,and constantly improve the employment quality of college students under the new development pattern of“double circulation”.
