基于OBE理念的高校创新创业教育共同体构建

The construction of college innovation and entrepreneurship education community based on OBE vision

创新创业教育被称为“第三张教育通行证”。当前创新创业教育面临定位不明确、要素耦合不足等困境,导致高校创新创业教育在高等教育环境下生根易、扎根难。OBE理念涵盖能力本位、精熟学习和关注整体三个要素,为当前创新创业教育困境提供了有效的解决路径,可以更好地回应“培养什么样的人”和“如何培养人”这两个现实问题。因此,急需构建由政府、企业、高校、教师、学生等构成的创新创业教育共同体,融合OBE理念,通过教学共同体、产学研共同体和发展共同体,实现创新创业教育与高等教育的联动统一发展。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has been called“the third education passport.”At present,the innovation and entrepreneurship education faces the dilemma of unclear positioning and insufficient coupling of factors,which leads to the problems of easy to plant but difficult to root of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the higher education environment.The OBE concept covers the ability-based,sophisticated learning and attention to the three conceptual elements,providing useful thinking for solving the current dilemma of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which can better respond to the two practical issues of“to train what kind of people”and“how to train people”.It is imperative to construct a community of innovation and entrepreneurship education that is composed of government,enterprises,universities,teachers and students,and to achieve the joint development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and higher education through the teaching community,industry-university community and development community.
