茶树原生质体制备体系的研究进展

Research progress on protoplast preparation of tea plants

原生质体作为植物基础研究的重要材料,近年来得到了广泛的应用。但茶树原生质体研究极少,本文简要回顾了植物原生质体制备的国内外发展历程,总结了茶树原生质体的研究现状,结合原生质体制备体系的各个环节讨论了现有茶树原生质体制备体系中存在的问题,并为改良茶树原生质体制备体系提出了一些建议。

Protoplasts are important materials in plant basic research and have been widely used in recent years.However,the studies on tea protoplasts are rare.This paper reviewed the development history of plant protoplast preparation and the research status on protoplast preparation of tea plants.The problems presented in each link of the protoplast preparation system were discussed and some useful proposals were also given.
