摘要 针对国内液压支架控制需求进行分析,提出了一种基于PLC的支架控制系统总体方案,研究了系统实现的单架控制、成组控制、自动补压、远程通信与安全等功能。对控制器的外壳结构、处理器和各类信号采集模块进行选型设计,并设计了系统单架动作控制程序与成组动作程序的流程图。系统以PLC作为支架控制器核心,实现了支架动作的逻辑控制功能,通过RS485串口通信与监控主机组网,便于快速、准确地对支架寻址定位与成组控制。 According to the analysis of the domestic hydraulic support control requirements,a PLC-based support control system overall plan was proposed,and the single-frame control,group control,automatic pressure compensation,remote communication and security functions realized by the system were studied.The shell structure of the controller,the processor and various signal acquisition modules were selected and designed,and the flow chart of the system′s single-frame action control program and group action program was designed.The system used PLC as the core of the stent controller to realize the logical control function of the stent movement.Through RS485 serial communication and monitoring host networkingit was convenient to quickly and accurately address and position the stent and group control.
