高瓦斯矿井瓦斯零超限管控体系研究 被引量:4

摘要 以高瓦斯矿井四川广旺公司赵家坝煤矿为例,针对赵家坝煤矿在瓦斯治理方面的缺陷和不足,通过分析导致煤矿高瓦斯的主要原因,研究了矿井瓦斯零超限的管控技术,形成了一套适用于赵家坝煤矿的,由瓦斯抽采系统、通风系统、新型供配电系统和监测监控系统组成的瓦斯零超限管控体系,对瓦斯超限治理过程中可能衍生出来的灾害进行了全面防治,实现了矿井瓦斯零超限。 Taking Zhaojiaba Coal Mine of Sichuan Guangwang Company of High Gas Mine as an example,in view of the shortcomings and deficiencies of Zhaojiaba Coal Mine in terms of gas control,through analysis of the main reasons leading to high gas in coal mines,the control technology of mine gas zero exceeding limit was studied.A set of zero gas over-limit management and control system,which was suitable for Zhaojiaba Coal Mine,composed of gas drainage system,ventilation system,new power supply and distribution system,and monitoring and monitoring system,was formed,which may be derived from the process of gas over-limit control.Disasters had been comprehensively prevented,and zero gas overruns in mines had been achieved.
