摘要
为解决工程区域地应力较大,主应力方向对巷道维护不利,工程环境与地质构造相对复杂时综掘巷道施工中掘进效率低下等技术难题,以某矿综掘巷道为背景,分析了影响综掘巷道围岩稳定的主要关键因素,提出超前支护装置的具体设计途径;揭示超前支架与围岩相互作用规律,研究得出综掘巷道围岩的破坏机理,并针对其变形特点提出了超前支护装置优化设计参数,并在井下开展工业性试验确保掘进作面施工安全,达到提高施工效率的目的。
In order to solve the technical problems such as large in-situ stress in the engineering area,unfavorable direction of main stress for roadway maintenance,low excavation efficiency in the construction of fully-mechanized roadway when the engineering environment and geological structure are relatively complex,taking the fully-mechanized roadway of a mine as the background,the main key factors affecting the stability of surrounding rock of fully-mechanized roadway are analyzed,and the specific design approach of advance support device is proposed.The interaction law of the advance support and surrounding rock is revealed,the failure mechanism of surrounding rock of fully-mechanized tunnel is obtained,and the optimization design parameters of the advance support device are put forward according to the deformation characteristics.The industrial test is carried out in the underground to ensure the safety of the face construction and the construction efficiency is improved.
