摘要
针对大倾角工作面切眼刷大支护困难的现状,分析切眼顶板岩性,经过受力分析及计算,对传统4排单体挑棚支护进行优化,经现场测试,杨柳煤矿1031工作面切眼刷大采用1排垛式支架代替4排单体挑棚支护取得圆满成功。
According to the present situation of difficulty in cutting hole brush and large support in large inclined working face,the lithology of cut roof is analyzed.After the stress analysis and calculation,the traditional 4 row single roof support is optimized.The field test shows that 1031 working face of Yangliu Coal Mine has a large cutting brush,and one row of buttress support is used instead of four rows of single cantilever support,which is a complete success.
