摘要
为探究大黄鱼白点病的防治方法,利用宁德本地资源太子参边角料和白茶,研制出一种新型的太子参酵素.将制备得到的太子参酵素进行抑菌实验,评价其抑菌效果,并将该酵素应用到大黄鱼的养殖中,观察大黄鱼在养殖过程中体重、体长及成活率等的变化.结果表明:该酵素对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄糖球菌等细菌均呈现高度抑菌,其抑制直径均大于15 mm.太子参酵素在2种规格大黄鱼养殖中的应用结果表明,试验组大黄鱼体重和体长增长高于对照组,成活率相较于对照组也有较大提升.
In order to solve the problem of white spot disease of pseudosciaena crocea,a new type of pseudostellariae enzyme was developed by using the local resources of Ningde,offal of pseudostellariae and white tea.This enzyme is tried in the breeding application of pseudosciaena crocea,observe the weight change data of it in the breeding process.As a result,the enzyme showed high bacteriostasis on escherichia coli,salmonella,staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria,and the inhibition diameter was more than 15 mm.The results showed that the enzyme showed high bacteriostasis whether small or large specifications of pseudosciaena croceabreed,its body weight and length and survival rate all have a greater improvement.
