摘要
我国已进入老龄化社会,老年群体不断扩大并成为社会的主要群体。学习型社会建设和终身学习体系构建离不开老年人的积极参与。新时代下老年人对学习的需求更加强烈,社区老年教育理应担负起这一重任。然而,当前社区老年教育面临课程供给不足、课程内容陈旧、课程结构单一的现状,亟须加以改变。因此,在分析当代老年人学习需求特点的基础上,提出了社区老年教育课程开发的路径:重视顶层设计,明确课程目标;做好需求评估,找准开发方向;丰富课程供给,创新实施方式;完善课程评价,注重课程效果。
China has entered the aging society,and the elderly population is expanding and becoming the main group in the society.The construction of learning society and lifelong learning system cannot be separated from the active participation of the elderly.In the new era,the demand for learning of the elderly is more intense,and community education for the elderly should shoulder this responsibility.However,the current community education for the elderly is faced with insufficient curriculum supply,outdated curriculum content and single curriculum structure,which needs to be changed urgently.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the learning needs of the contemporary elderly,this paper puts forward the path of curriculum development of community education for the elderly,which is paying attention to the top-level design and clarifying the curriculum objectives,doing a good job in demand assessment and identifying the development direction,enriching the course supply and innovating the ways of implementation,improving the curriculum evaluation and paying attention to the curriculum effect.
