新型职业农民培育既不可能同时职业化,也不可能同级职业化。因而,须辩证地认识新型职业农民的内涵及其培育过程。在时间维度上,要把握可能与现实的辩证关系,它所呈现的是新型职业农民初级与高级样态之间相互独立、相互依存又相互转化的辩证图景;在空间维度上,要把握整体与部分的辩证关系,它所呈现的是职业与非职业新型农民由部分到整体逐渐转化的辩证图景;在运动维度上,要把握联系与发展的关系,它所呈现的是新型职业农民由少至多、由低级向高级、由内至外螺旋上升、全面融合的辩证图景。

It is impossible to cultivate new professional farmers at the same time or at the same level.Therefore,the connotation and cultivation process of new professional farmers should be viewed dialectically.In terms of time dimension,it is necessary to grasp the dialectical relationship between possibility and reality,which presents a dialectical prospect of mutual independence,interdependence and mutual transformation between the primary and senior patterns of new professional farmers.In terms of space dimension,it is necessary to grasp the dialectical relationship between the whole and the part,which presents a dialectical prospect of the gradual transformation of the professional and non-professional new farmers from the part to the whole.In terms of movement dimension,it is necessary to grasp the relationship between connection and development,which presents a dialectical prospect of cultivating new professional farmers from less to more,from low to high,from inside to outside,and comprehensive integration.
