响应曲面法优化三维电化学氧化体系处理印染废水 被引量:2

Optimization of three-dimensional electrochemical oxidation system for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment by response surface method

摘要 以过硫酸铵改性石墨毡电极为阴极,钛板为阳极,活性炭为粒子电极,构建三维电化学体系,并通过响应曲面法(RSM)考察其处理实际印染废水的COD和氨氮能力。结果表明,印染废水COD去除率影响因素显著性表现为电极电压>反应时间>曝气量,氨氮去除率影响因素显著性表现为电极电压>曝气量>反应时间,数学模型回归性较好;在电极电压为7.03 V,曝气量为6.78 L/min,反应时间为86.77 min的条件下,模型预测的COD最大去除率为73.37%,氨氮最大去除率为88.32%。COD和氨氮的去除率分别为71.24%和86.19%,实际结果与预测值的相对偏差均小于3%。 An ammonium persulfate modified graphite felt electrode was used as the cathode,a titanium plate was used as the anode,and activated carbon was used as the particle electrode to construct a three-dimensional electrochemical system.The response surface method(RSM)was used to investigate the COD and ammonia nitrogen capacity of the actual printing and dyeing wastewater.The re⁃sults showed that the significant of influencing factors of COD removal rate of printing and dyeing wastewater was electrode voltage>re⁃action time>aeration amount,and the significant of influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen removal rate was electrode voltage>aera⁃tion amount>reaction time,and the mathematical model had good regression;Under the conditions of electrode voltage of 7.03 V,aer⁃ation amount of 6.78 L/min,and reaction time of 86.77 min,the maximum COD removal rate predicted by the model was 73.37%,and the maximum removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 88.32%.The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 71.24%and 86.19%,respectively,and the relative deviations of the actual results and the predicted values were less than 3%.
