贵州独山雪茄烟调查报告

Survey report of cigarettes in Dushan county of Guizhou province

为广泛收集雪茄烟种质资源,对贵州独山雪茄烟开展调查研究。结果表明,贵州独山雪茄烟主要分布在独山县麻尾镇新董村尧董组,连片种植面积9.33 hm^(2);主要栽培品种为GX1号、GX 2号等,以GX 1号种植面积较大,共6.67 hm^(2)。独山雪茄烟以晾制工艺进行调制,有成熟的发酵工艺和醇化保存技术。调制后的独山雪茄烟叶身份厚,韧性好,油分足,有雪茄香气特征,以蜜甜香、烘烤香为主,带有正甜香和咖啡香,烟气浓度中等到中等偏下,适合做茄衣、茄套或入门级雪茄茄芯。对独山雪茄烟的发展提出了加强育种研究和科研基地建设的建议。

In order to collect cigar variety resources extensively,the cigar tobacco in Dushan county,Guizhou province was investigated.The results showed that Dushan cigar was mainly distributed in Yaodong group of Xindong village,Mawei town,Dushan county,with a continuous planting area of 9.33 hm^(2).The main cultivated varieties were GX-1 and GX 2 et al,and GX-1 had the largest planting ar⁃ea of 6.67 hm^(2).Dushan cigar was prepared by air curing technology,which had mature fermentation technology and aging preservation technology.The prepared Dushan cigar leaves have thick identity,good toughness,sufficient oil content and cigar aroma characteris⁃tics.The main flavor is honey sweet and roasted,with positive sweetness and coffee aroma while the concentration is medium to low.It is suitable for making cigar clothing,cigar cover or entry-level cigar core.In addition,the suggestions on strengthening breeding re⁃search and construction of scientific research base for Dushan cigar were put forward.
