摘要
目前,国内通用机场的数量正逐年攀升,通用机场的选址是其中的重要一环,通用机场选址决策过程中涉及地上地下环境、空间位置分布、区域交通情况、保障资源情况、工程经济情况、敏感资源情况等许多因素,这些因素综合考虑才能决定最终的优选方案,因此,建立一套可以用于通用机场选址方案评估的指标体系至为重要。本文从通用机场选址决策过程中涉及的众多因素出发,构建了树型层次结构,确立一套较为完整的通用机场选址方案评估指标体系,细化到三级指标,将指标尽可能的量化,为通用机场选址方案评价等方面研究奠定基础。
At present,the domestic general airport is rising year by year,the number of general airport site selection is an important part of the general airport site selection decision-making process involved in underground environment,space distribution and regional traffic conditions,sensitive security resources situation,engineering economy,resources and many other factors,these factors taken into account to decide the optimal scheme,therefore,to establish a set of can be used for general airport site selection program evaluation index system is very important. Based on many factors involved in the decision-making process of general airport site selection,this paper constructs a tree-type hierarchy structure and establishes a relatively complete evaluation index system of general airport site selection,which is refined to three indexes,quantify the metrics as much as possible,laying a foundation for the research of general airport site selection evaluation and other aspects.
