含氟聚合物乳液的制备方法及在固液界面的应用 被引量:1

摘要 碳氟键拥有最低的自由能,使用含氟化合物能够显著改变固液界面的润湿性,使其达到疏水或超双疏的效果。然而,氟碳化合物拥有极低的自由能也使得其在制备过程中的分散问题成为难点,尤其是在聚合过程中单体原料的种类和成本问题等也阻碍了该领域的发展。本文通过对大量含氟聚合物乳液的制备和应用研究实例的分析,就含氟聚合物乳液制备体系中,包括聚合单体、聚合方法、乳化体系和引发体系等的研究现状进行了总结分析。同时,对该领域的研究进展进行了归纳并提出了相应的思考,探索了含氟聚合物的结构和性能,尤其是与纳米材料之间的相互作用关系等。旨在引起更多学者对氟碳界面材料的关注,期望对含氟聚合物乳液的制备和应用研究提供一定的理论价值和现实意义。 The C-F bond has the lowest free energy,and the wettability of solid-liquid interface can be significantly changed by using fluorine-containing compounds,which can achieve a hydrophobic or a super-amphiphobic effect.But due to the low free energy of fluorocarbons,the dispersion of fluorocarbons in the preparation process has become a difficult problem.Especially in the polymerization,the type and cost of monomer materials also hindered the development of this field.In recent years,the development of fluorine industry has promoted the process of fluoropolymer.Abundant fluorinated monomers have made corresponding breakthroughs in the research of fluoropolymers.In the preparation of fluoropolymer emulsion,fluorinated acrylic monomers have the most widely use.In the meantime,the diversification of emulsifier and emulsion polymerization mode has also effectively solved the dispersion problem of fluoropolymer in the copolymer system.After the problems solved,scholars have synthesized many fluoropolymer emulsions with different structures and properties.Through the analysis of the preparation and application of a large number of fluoropolymer emulsions,this article summarizes and analyzes the present situation of fluoropolymer emulsion preparation systems,including the polymerization monomers,polymerization methods,emulsification systems and initiating systems.The research progress in this field is summarized and the corresponding thinking is put forward.The structure and properties of fluoropolymers,especially the interaction between fluoropolymers and nanomaterials,are also explored.The aim is to attract more scholars attention to fluorocarbon interfacial materials.It is expected that it will play a certain theoretical and practical significance in the preparation and application of fluoropolymer emulsions.
