摘要
运用国标滴定法和自动分析仪对质控样品、标准样品和实际水样进行高锰酸盐指数的比对分析。结果表明,采用自动分析仪具有更好的准确度以及精密度,且2种方法测定实际水样的相对偏差在9%以内。此外,自动分析仪适用于大批量样品测试,大大提高了分析效率,是实验室实现自动化和智能化的重要标志,在实际应用中具有重要意义。
In this paper,the national standard titration method and automatic analyzer were used for comparison analysis of per-manganate index about quality control samples,standard samples and actual water samples.Results showed that automatic analyzer had better accuracy and precision.Relative deviations of two methods about determination of actual water samples were less than 9%.In addition,automatic analyzer was suitable for the test of large quantities of samples,which greatly improves the analysis efficiency.It is an important symbol of realizing automation and intelligence in the laboratory,and has important significance in practical applica-tion.
