超声预处理对控制南水藻类的可行性探究

摘要 针对夏季高藻时期的北方某市南水北调原水,研究了以超声波预处理工艺代替加氯预处理T艺的可行性。在小试试验的基础上进行了中试试验,对比了无预处理、加氯预处理与超声预处理3种工艺处理效果的差异。结果表明,超声预处理频率为40kHz.功率为0.12W/cm^(2)、处理时间为2min时,对浑浊度、藻类数量和溶解性有机物的处理效果与传统加氯预处理相近。另外,超声预处理可使消毒副产物前体物减少,使工艺出水的三氯甲烷生成量减少42.02%,而加氯预处理则会使三氯甲烷生成量增加12.54%,故超声预处理在降低消毒副产物方面存在优势。在实际应用上,以超声波作为预处理手段理论上存在可行性,但是在实际应用中需要解决设计安装.运行调试与成本方面的问题。 Feasibility of replacing the chlorination pretreatment process with ultrasonic pretreatment process was investigated by using raw water from the South-to-North Water Diversion Projeet in a city in northern China during the high algae period in summer.On the bases of small-scale experiments,pilot experiments was carried out to compare the differences in the ffcts of the three pro-cesses,no pretreatment,chlorination pretreatment and ultrasonic pretreatment.Results showed that when the ultrasonic pretreatment frequency was 40 kHz,the power was 0.12 W/cm^(2),and the treatment time was 2 min,the treatment effect on turbidity,algae quantity and dissolved organic matter was similar to that of traditional chlorination pretreatment.In addition,ultrasonic pretreatment could re-duce the precursors of disinfection by-products,thereby reducing the production of chloroform in the process ffluent by 42.02%,while chlorination pretreatment would increase the production of chloroform by 12.54%,so ultrasonic pretreatment had advantages in reducing disinfection by-products.In practical applications,it was theoretically feasible to use ultrasound as a pretreatment method,but in practical applications,it was necessary to solve the problems of design,installation,debugging and cost.
