多水源大型净水厂不征地扩建工程设计

摘要 近年来,苏州市北部地区产业经济迅速增长,供水矛盾凸显,相城水厂亟待扩建。由于一期相城水厂规划时,现状厂区北侧拟征用地在短期内无法完成征地手续,为早日缓解供水矛盾,充分利用厂区预留可建设用地,采取部分预留、分期建设的思路,调整了净水构筑物平面布置,在有限的场地条件下完成二期20万m^(2)/d的常规和深度处理净水厂扩建工程,并统筹预留三期20万m^(3)/d扩建条件。同时,新建配水井接人既有太湖原水和新引入阳澄湖原水,并实现2种原水混合或各自独立运行。 In recent years,the industrial economy in the northern area of Suzhou has grown rapidly,leading to shortage of drinking water supply,therefore Xiangcheng Water Treatment Plant(WTP)is in urgent need of expansion.Since the planned land acquisition immediately north of the WTP cannot be completed in short term,in order to alviate water supply contradiction,a partial reservation.and step-by-step construction schedule is determined according to reserved construction area.Under limited site conditions,a 200,000 m^(3)/d expansion process of conventional including advanced treatment is planned,and conditions for long-term expansion is reserved as well.In addition,a water distribution well is designed to inflow raw water of the existing Taihu Lake and newly introduced Yangcheng Lake,and the two types of raw water are mixed or operated independently.
