乌溪江流域下游特殊干旱期的应急供水方案

Emergency Water Supply Plan in Special Drought Period in the Lower Reaches of Wuxi River Basin

针对乌溪江流域下游水资源供需状况,将乌溪江流域特殊干早期的典型年份作为研究对象,分析应急供水控制条件,得到不同应急级别相应湖南镇水库控制水位。同时,根据不同级别的干旱预警,研究确定了应急供水方案启动程序与应急供水方案。

According to the water supply and demand situation in the lower reaches of Wuxi River Basin,the typical years of spe-cial dry period in Wuxi River Basin were taken as the research objeet,and the control conditions of emergency water supply were an-alyzed,and the corresponding control water levels of Hunanzhen Reservoir in diferent emergency levels were obtained.At the same time,according to different levels of drought waming,the study determined the emergency water supply program start procedure and emergency water supply program.
