湟里污水厂中水回用工程建设及效益分析

Construction and Benefit Analysis of Reclaimed Water Reuse Project in Huangli Wastewa-ter Treatment Plant

为了缓解城市水资源短缺与污染的问题,符合国家可持续发展的要求,在常州市武进区湟里污水厂和东方特钢厂之间建设中水回用管道系统.从湟里污水厂向东方特钢厂稳定提供15000m^(3)/d的中水,用于冷却和消防,以减少企业的淡水使用量。结果显示,中水回用投入使用后,污水厂年均水费收益可达121.09万元,具有较高的生态环境效益和经济效益,对今后相关中水回用项目工程的建设具有--定的指导意义。

In order to alleviate the scarcity and contamination of the water,meeting with sustainable development of country,new engineering of reclaimed water reuse will be built in Wujin District of Changzhou City,between Huangli Wastewater Treatment Plant with Easterm Special Steel Plant.Project will provide around 15000 m^(3)/d of reclaimed water for industrial cooling water and fire wa-ter,which will reduce the amount of fresh water used by Eastern Special Steel Plant.Results show that the wastewater plant will gain 1,210,900 yuan per year by ollecting water charges.In addition,this project has significant ecological environment benefit,which has a certain instructional significance for construction of related reclaimed water reuse projects in the future.
