奎河污水处理厂不停水节地全地下提标及扩建工程方案设计

Project Design for Upgrading and Expansion of Kuihe Wastewater Treatment Plant with Non-Stop Water,Land Saving and Underground

奎河污水处理厂位于徐州市泉山区姚庄地区,现状处理规模为16.5万m^(3)/d,出水水质为一级A标准。为满足周边地块发展需求及河道水质要求,需对现状污水厂进行提标扩建,污水处理厂处理规模由16.5万m^(3)/d提高至20万m^(3)/d,出水水质达到"准Ⅳ类"标准。工程拟通过采用分阶段全地下集约式建设形式,实现实施过程中原厂“不停水保质保量运行的目标,并释放土地资源,工程用地可由0.144 km^(2)缩减至0.062 km^(2)。

Kuihe Wastewater Treatment Plant is located in Yaozhuang Area,Quanshan District,Xuzhou City.Current processing scale is 165,000 m^(3)/d,and efluent standard is first level A standard.In order to meet the development needs of surrounding plots and water quality requirements of river,the existing WWTP needs to be upgraded and expanded.Treatment scale will be increased from 165,000 m'/d to 200,000 m^(3)/d,and efluent standard will be increased to"Quasi-Ⅳ"water.Project intends to adopt a phased,fully underground intensive construction form to ensure original factory keeps running with water and quality and quantity during im-plementation of project.Project land can be reduced from 0.144 km^(2)to 0.062 km^(2).
