污水处理厂建设中海绵城市设计案例与分析--以遂宁某污水厂为例 被引量:7

摘要 遂宁市是全国首批海绵城市建设试点城市,市政类建设用地属于海绵城市建设的重要组成部分,其中给排水场站下垫面情况复杂、综合径流系数取值范围大,应“因厂施策”落实海绵化理念。以遂宁某污水处理厂提标扩建为例,介绍了海绵城市的设计思路,并探讨了在大中型污水处理厂建设过程应用海绵设施的特点和设计细节,为此类市政项目的技术实践提供借鉴。研究结果表明,通过海绵设施的组合应用,年径流总量控制率可达75%,ss削减率可达到45%以上;不同类型构筑物径流系数差异较大(0.1-0.85),特别是占地面积大的应单独加权计算;不同功能区(厂前区、污泥处理区、污水处理区)的综合径流系数差异较大,需酌情调整海绵设施布置。 Suining City is one of the national pilot sponge cities in the first batch,and the construction of munieipal project is an important part of the sponge city construction.Underlaying surfaces of water supply and wastewater treatment plant are complicated and runoff cofficients vary in wide range,different measures should be adopted according to circumstances.Take a wastewater treatment plant in Suining City as an exarmple,design train of sponge city applications was introduced,the features and details in the application of sponge city in large-scale wastewater treatment plants were discussed.Results showed that,the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall is 75%,and Ss reduction rate is 45%.Runoff coeffcient of different type of treatment structure differs from 0.1 to 0.85,and the cofficient of structure with large area should be weighted.Different type of sponge city application should be adopted according to circumstances,due to comprehensive runoff coefficient of functional area,wastewater treatment area and sludge treatment area.
