Taking Shanghai as an example,the main links of the whole process about sewerage projects was focused.Facing the requirement of high quality development,key bottlenecks were systematically analyzed,such as the incompletion of technological doc-uments preparation,implementation difficulties in planned land use,no advance reserve in design,insufficient integration of all links,insufficiency of operational efficiency,and so on.Probing into these bottlenecks,finding out origins,countermeasures and suggestions are given,including attaching importance in mind,safety first,priority for environmental protection,strengthening innovation,modify-ing standards,comprehensive thinking,promoting the integration of all links,extension financial channels,sustainable optimization on.operation and so on.
