我国水务企业信息化建设主要问题分析与建议

Analysis and Suggestions on the Main Problems of Water Utility Informatization Construction in China

基于水务行业信息化建设发展的情况,总结了水司信息化建设中存在的信息孤岛严重、缺乏顶层规划、保障体系不健全缺乏智慧化内涵等关键问题,提出了以信息化规划和标准规范建设为前提、以信息集约建设以重点、以提升智慧化水平为目的的信息化解决方案。以大连自来水集团为例,介绍了信息化建设方案的具体应用,阐明了信息化建设能够达到的效果。

Based on the development of information construction in water utility,this paper summarizes key problems existing in the information construction of water utility,such as serious information isolation,lack of top-level planning,unsound guarantee sys-tem,lack of itelligent connotation.This paper puts forward an information solution based on the premise of information planning and standard construction,with the focus of information intensive construction and the purpose of improving the level of intelligence.Tak-ing Dalian Water Group as an example,this paper introduces the concrete application of information construction scheme and ex-pounds the ffect that can be achieved by information construction.
