摘要
通过对比分析3种主流海水淡化方法:低温多效蒸馏法,多级闪蒸法和反渗透法的优缺点和能耗,将反渗透海水淡化法作为港口海水淡化的未来发展方向,简单介绍了海水反渗透法处理工艺的各个单元组成,并重点推荐了取水泵房设置在码头的工艺形式和不同水质条件的海水一级处理工艺,最后以吉布提某码头海水淡化工程项目为研究背景,分析了海水淡化处理工艺流程中各个单元的功能用途和设计参数选择的依据,并对易忽视的浓盐水排放和设备管材选择问题给了重点介绍,供同类工程借鉴。
Advantages,disadvantages and energy consumption of three main desalination methods,such as low temperature multi-effect dillation(LT-MED),multistage flash evaporation(MSF)and reverse osmosis(SWRO)were compared,take SWRO as the de-veloping direction of port desalination.Each unit of SWRO was briefly introduced,and the type of water intake pump house setting in the wharf and the first-class treatment process for different sea water quality conditions was recommended.Finally,taking Djibouti port as an example,the function and parameter selection basis of the desalination plant were analyzed,also the solution for easily ig-noring problems was provided,such as concentrated brine discharge and equipment material,which were reference to similar projects.
