摘要
自制一套模拟废水处理设备模拟淀粉糖废水处理过程,与污水站淀粉糖废水处理工艺效果基本一致,可用于进一步的除臭微生物的筛选和除臭微生物降解硫化氢性能的研究。通过对实验室保藏的多种除臭微生物进行筛选,得到一株可以快速降解硫化氢的氧化硫硫杆菌,除臭时间可维持24 h。在1/2000(v/v)的投加量下,该菌可在1 d内将兼氧池硫化氢浓度从107mg/L降到53mg/L,将调节池硫化氢浓度从47mg/L降到21mg/L,除臭效果较明显,可进一步开发成应急使用的环保型微生物除臭剂。
A simulated wastewater treatment equipment(SWTE)was designed and manufactured,which was used to test the de-odorizing ffect of different strains preserved in our laboratory.Thiobailus thiooxidans,one of the most ffctive deodorizing bacteria among the candidate strains was selected and carried out for follow-up research.Results indicated that adding Thiobacillus thiooxi-dans with a dosage of 1/2000(v/v)into SWTE can reduce the concentration of hydrogen sulfide from 107 mg/L to 53 mg/L in fac-ultative tank,while the value reduced from 47 mg/L to 21 mg/L in regulating tank.Deodorization ffct was maintained for approxi-mately 24 h,demonstrating that Thiobacillus thiooxidans can be furtherly developed into an environmental friendly microbial deodor-ant for emergency odour controlling in starch sugar wastewater.
