摘要
结合医药行业废水的特点,并考虑用户实际需求,将“分批次收集、分特性调质、分措施储存分装置处理”的工艺应用于高浓高盐制药废水的预处理。工程实践表明,预处理后废水中COD总量降低率可达98%以上,可生化性显著增加,BOD_(5)/COD由0.2左右上升至0.5以上,生化系统运行稳定,出水COD_(Cr)低于50 mg/L。
Combining with the characteristics of pharmaceutical wastewater and considering the actual needs of users,the process of"collet in batches,sub-characterstic quenching and tempering.storing by measures,sub-device processing"is applied to the pretreatment of high concentration and high salt pharmaceutical wastewater.Engineering practice shows that total COD reduction rate in wastewater after pretreatment can reach more than 98%,and biodegradability increases significantly,BOD_(5)/COD rises from about 0.2 to more than 0.5,biochemical system runs stably,and eluent C0D_(Cr)is less than 50 mg/L.
