贵州省基础能源产业链人才培养现状及对策分析

Analysis on Status Quo and Countermeasure of Basics Energy Industry Chain Talent Cultivation in Guizhou Province

基础能源产业作为贵州省重要的优势性工业产业之一,在地方区域经济发展中有着重要的推动作用。在过去几年供给侧结构性改革中,由于淘汰落后产能,煤炭企业对于人才需求发生了重大变化。文章探讨了贵州省基础能源产业链的主要范围、产业链的构建、产业与高校专业建设情况,分析了贵州高校基础能源产业链人才的培养现状,提出了相应的对策措施。

As one of the important advantageous industrial industries in Guizhou Province,the basic energy industry plays an important role in promoting the local regional economic development.In the past few years,the backward production capacity has been eliminated in the supply-side structural reform,and the coal enterprises’demand for talents has also changed greatly.This paper discusses the main scope,construction of basic energy industry chain,industry and professional construction of colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,analyzes the present situation of training talents in basic energy industry chain in Guizhou universities and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
