党小组作为党支部的“一线阵地”,其建设情况直接关系到党支部建设水平。功能型党小组是以核心功能为标准进行区分,对党支部党员、入党积极分子进行精细化分组形成的党小组。通过设置功能型党小组,建立健全功能型党小组运行机制,可以弥补当前高职院校学生党支部党小组建设存在的不足,促进党小组工作落实落细,提升学生党支部标准化、规范化建设水平。
