低等级粉煤灰表面功能化及对酚醛泡沫保温板性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了改善酚醛泡沫保温板力学性能低和易掉渣的缺陷,使用KH570偶联剂对三级及以下粉煤灰表面进行功能化处理,研究其对酚醛泡沫板的力学性能和保温性能的影响。结果表明:在改性时间30 min和反应温度80℃下,粉煤灰的最佳改性配方(以粉煤灰质量计算)为:KH570偶联剂4%、无水乙醇16%、蒸馏水4%。当粉煤灰添加量为酚醛树脂质量的10%时,酚醛泡沫板的综合性能显著提高:抗压强度高达1.574 MPa,抗拉强度达151 kPa;发泡效果、消烟效果最佳;极限氧指数提高,材料掉渣率降低;导热系数为0.033 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),保温性能优良。 In order to enhance the fragile and mechanical properties of phenolic foaming insulation board,this study adopted KH570 coupling agent to modify low-grade fly ash of the third grade and below,and the influence of it on the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of phenolic foam board was studied.The results show that the optimum modified formula for the treatment of fly ash was 4%of KH570,16%of ethanol and 4%of distilled water based on the mass of fly ash at 80℃for 30 min.And,mechanical,foaming and limiting oxygen index properties of phenolic foaming insulation materials were significantly enhanced by the addition of the modified fly ash with 10%based on the mass of phenolic resin with low slag drop rate and with thermal conductivity of 0.033 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).Namely,the comprehensive property of the phenolic foaming insulation materials has been seriously improved.
