The characteristics and prospect of conceptual jewelry are summarized through investigation.Based on the preliminary discussion on the conceptual jewelry design of marine elements,this paper obtains from marine organisms the design inspiration which is integrated into the conceptual jewelry design,and discusses the positioning and innovation of the design.Furthermore,it analyzes the specific contents of applying marine elements in the conceptual jewelry design from the aspects of function,shape,material and color,and illustrates the realization of the conceptual jewelry design containing marine elements,so as to create jewelry that is both practical and aesthetic.
