党在“红色桂师”的工作经验及其当代启示

The Revolutionary Undertakings of the CPC in Guangxi Provincial Teacher Training School and their Contemporary Enlightenment

桂师是广西省政府在抗战时期开办的一所培养小学师资的学校,但其后却成为中国共产党培养革命人才的摇篮。究其原因是中国共产党在桂师开展了卓有成效的工作,吸引了大批有志学子参加到革命队伍中,把桂师建成了一所“红色桂师”。本文就新中国成立前党在“红色桂师”的工作经验进行探讨,以期为当前党在桂师更好地开展学生思想政治工作提供启示。

During the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,Guangxi Provincial Teacher Training School(also known as Guilin Normal College today)was established by the Guangxi Clique of the Kuomintang of China in an effort to train anti-Japanese war talents and primary school teachers,but later it became the centre utilized by the Communist Party of China to cultivate revolutionary talents.The reason was that the CPC had been carrying out fruitful revolutionary work in the school and therefore attracted large numbers of aspiring students to join in the revolutionary causes,thus gradually building Guangxi Provincial Teacher Training School into a“red campus”.This paper discusses the CPC’s revolutionary undertakings in Guangxi Provincial Teacher Training School prior to the founding of the People’s Republic of China,so as to provide enlightenment for the Party to better carry out the ideological and political work for the students in Guilin Normal College.
