摘要
高师院校担负传统文化传承重任,将优秀传统文化融入教师教育专业人才培养既是专业改革的需要,也是师范生专业发展的需要。为此,应依据创新性、专业性、主体性和活动性原则,通过打造高水平传统文化师资队伍、加强人才培养方案顶层设计、挖掘优秀传统文化教育元素、活态传承优秀传统文化、强化传统文化育人环境建设等途径,积极将传统文化教育融入人才培养全过程。
Normal universities and colleges in China are believed to take on glorious responsibilities for the inheritance and transmission of fine traditional cultures;the integration of the cultures into the talent cultivation for teacher education is required in order to correspond to the needs of both the specialty reform and the students’professional development in the future.Therefore,in accordance with principles of innovation,specialization,subjectivity and activity orientation,relevant strategies are to be employed for the integration of the fine traditional cultures into the whole process of the talent cultivation,that is,to build up a team of high-level teachers in this regard,to enhance the top-level design for the talent cultivation,to explore the educative elements from the traditional cultures,to transmit the fine traditional Chinese cultures in a dynamic way and to reinforce the environmental construction for the talent cultivation through the cultures.
