近十年代谢组学技术在针灸调节机体代谢相关研究中的应用概述

Review on the application of metabonomics technology in research of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating body metabolism in recent ten years

代谢组学强调将机体作为一个完整的系统进行研究,具有整体性和动态性的特点,这与针灸整体性调节相契合,二者结合有助于深入阐释针灸的作用机理。本文对近十年来代谢组学技术在针灸基础研究中取得的成果进行综述,从代谢组学技术在经穴效应特异性研究中的应用、在针灸处方配穴研究中的应用、在针刺与艾灸治疗机制差异研究中的应用和在针灸调节机体代谢相关机制研究中的应用以上四个方面进行归纳与概述。发现大部分研究主要集中于通过观察针灸干预前后机体代谢产物数量、种类以及代谢通路的改变,从而推测针灸调节机体代谢的作用机制。但是,目前仍存在对代谢通路研究不够深入,代谢组学技术在动物实验研究中应用较多而在临床试验研究中应用较少等问题,有待于研究者们进一步解决以加强此技术在针灸研究领域中的推广应用。

Metabonomics emphasizes the study of the body as a complete system,which is characterized by integrity and dynamics,which is consistent with the holistic regulation of acupuncture and moxibustion.The combination of the two is helpful to further explain the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.In this paper,the metabonomics technology in nearly a decade in acupuncture and moxibustion in the basic research achievements were summarized,from the metabonomics technology application in the specificity of the effect of acupuncture point,the application in the study of prescription and point combination of acupuncture and moxibustion,the application in the study of treating mechanism differences of acupuncture and moxibustion and regulating the body’s metabolic mechanism in acupuncture research,summmarized the application of above 4 aspects and overview.It was found that most of the studies mainly focused on observing the changes in the amount,types and metabolic pathways of the metabolic products of the body before and after the intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion,so as to speculate the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in regulating metabolism of the body.However,at present,there are still some problems,such as the lack of in-depth study on metabolic pathways,more application of metabonomics in animal experimental research and less application in clinical trials,which need to be further solved by researchers to enhance the promotion and application of this technology in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion research.
