粤港澳大湾区发展绿色金融的作用机制分析

Analysis on the Mechanism of the Development of Green Finance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

当前,我国进入了经济结构调整和经济发展方式转变的关键时期,绿色产业的发展和传统产业的绿色改造对金融的需求日益增强。通过绿色金融来实现跨区域协同治理,可以促进粤港澳大湾区实体经济朝着更高质量的方向发展。本文就粤港澳大湾区实体经济朝着绿色金融着力推进的必要性进行阐述,同时,还从人力、资源、技术和资本这四个方面分别论述粤港澳大湾区绿色金融所带来的资源优化配置,以此为切入点探索实体经济方面的发展;结合绿色金融市场保障机制、行业创新转型升级模式、绿色金融发展激励机制以及消费升级转型模式等多个方面,提出绿色金融助力粤港澳大湾区经济高质量发展应采取的应对策略。

At present,China has entered a critical period of economic restructuring and the transformation of economic development mode.The development of green industry and the green transformation of traditional industries have an increasing demand for finance.Through green finance to achieve cross-regional collaborative governance,it can promote the real economy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to develop towards a higher-quality direction.This paper expounds the necessity of promoting the real economy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao to green finance.At the same time,it also discusses the optimal allocation of resources brought by green finance in GuangdongHong Kong-Macao from the four aspects of human resources,technology and capital;combined with the green financial market security mechanism,industry innovation transformation and upgrading mode,green financial development incentive mechanism and consumption upgrading and transformation mode,this paper puts forward the countermeasures that green finance should take to help the high-quality economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
