摘要
2020年春节前夕,突如其来的新冠疫情不仅改变了人们的生活方式,还改变了人们的消费需求。疫情逐渐好转的“后疫情时代”,这些新的消费仍保持着强大惯性,推动着零售行业向新业态发展。为此,本文通过数据对比分析和社会实地调研走访,探究疫情给零售行业带来了哪些冲击以及后疫情时代的崭新机遇;最后从新零售模式、物流、社区、供应链角度出发对我国零售行业未来转型的方向提出合理建议。
On the eve of the Spring Festival in 2020,a sudden outbreak of COVID-19 changed the lives of most Chinese.The epidemic has not only changed people’s way of life,but also the consumer demand.In the post-epidemic era,when the epidemic is gradually under control,these new consumption habits still maintain a strong inertia,urging the retail industry to stride forward to the new format.Therefore,through data comparative analysis and social field investigation,this paper explores the impact of the epidemic situation on the retail industry and the new opportunities in the post epidemic era,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the future transformation direction of China’s retail industry from the perspective of new retail mode,logistics,community and supply chain.
