摘要
本文以清明上河园为研究对象,利用网络文本分析方法,对相关网络评价和网络游记进行词频分析、社会网络和语义网络分析、情感分析,发掘游客对清明上河园旅游形象的感知特征和状况。结果表明:游客对清明上河园的旅游形象感知是积极、直观、表层的,突出感知特征多为表演类活动,构建清明上河园旅游形象感知的整体框架,分析感知问题所在,并针对性地提出清明上河园旅游形象的提升策略。
This paper takes Millennium City Park as the research object,and uses the network test analysis method for word frequency analysis,semantic network analysis and emotional analysis of relevant network evaluation and network travel notes.With this method,the perception characteristics and status of Millennium City Park’s tourism image are explored.The results show that tourists’perception of the tourism image of Millennium City Park is positive,intuitive and superficial.The prominent perception characteristics are mostly performance activities.Then,this paper build the overall framework of tourism image perception,analyze the perception problems,and put forward the strategy to improve the tourism image of Millennium City Park.
