摘要 随着时代的不断发展,企业间的竞争变得越来越激烈。在如此激烈的竞争环境下,我国国有企业需要更加注重加强自身的核心竞争力,而科学有效的企业培训很好地解决了这一问题。本文从员工的实际工作需求出发,对国有企业的培训体系进行了优化改进,在保证培训目标依照培训计划进行的同时,提出科学的培训保障措施,并制定了相对完善的培训制度。 With the continuous development of the times,the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce.In such a fiercely competitive environment,my country’s state-owned enterprises need to pay more attention to strengthening their core competitiveness,and scientific and effective corporate training can well solve this problem.Starting from the actual work needs of employees,this article optimizes and improves the training system of state-owned enterprises.While ensuring that the training objectives are carried out in accordance with the training plan,scientific training safeguard measures have been proposed and a relatively complete training system has been formulated.
