庐江县农作物秸秆综合利用的现状及发展建议

Current Situation and Development Suggestions of Comprehensive Utilization of Crop Straws in Lujiang County

通过对庐江县农作物秸秆综合利用情况的调研,分析其现状和存在的主要问题,并从加强宣传、健全投入机制、建立促进秸秆综合利用的政策法规和激励机制以及大力拓展秸秆多层次多渠道综合利用途径等方面提出发展建议,以期为推进农作物秸秆“五料化”利用提供借鉴和参考。

Through the investigation of the comprehensive utilization of crop stalks in Lujiang County,the status quo and existing main problems were analyzed,and development suggestions were put forward in terms of strengthening publicity,improving input mechanisms,establishing policies,regulations and incentive mechanisms to promote the comprehensive utilization of straw,and vigorously expanding the ways of multi-level and multi-channel comprehensive utilization of straw,in order to provide reference for promoting the“five-material”utilization of crop straw.
