摘要
为提高农作物秸秆的打捆质量、农作物打捆机的稳定性和可靠性,采用理论分析和仿真分析相结合的方法,对农作物秸秆打捆机的关键部件进行了运动学、静力学和动力学仿真分析。其中,对弹齿和曲柄滑块压缩机构进行了力学性能分析,对拔叉和弹齿进行了运动学分析。分析结果表明,农作物秸秆打捆机关键部件符合压缩打捆的要求。
In order to improve the binding quality of crop straw and the stability and reliability of the baler,the kinematics,statics and dynamics simulation analysis of the key components of the baler were carried out by combining theoretical analysis with simulation analysis.Among them,the mechanical properties of spring tooth and crank slider compression mechanism were analyzed,and the kinematics of fork and spring tooth were analyzed.The analysis results showed that the key components of crop straw baler met the requirements of compression bundling.
