脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴逻辑关系及协同驱动路径探析

脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的有机衔接和协同驱动有利于巩固脱贫攻坚成果,培育长效脱贫机制,有利于促进农业农村优先发展,推动乡村全面振兴,意义重大。在此基础上,研判了脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的实践基础和成效,厘清了脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴战略的内在逻辑关系,指出了现阶段脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴衔接与协同存在的问题,并对应探讨了脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴协同驱动的产业衔接路径、人才融合支撑路径、内生动力培植路径、生态持续路径和组织引领路径。

The organic convergence and coordinated drive of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is beneficial to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,cultivate a long-term anti-poverty mechanism,and promote the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.On this basis,the practical basis and effectiveness of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are studied,the internal logical relationship between poverty eradication and rural revitalization strategy is clarified,the problems of convergence and synergy between poverty eradication and rural revitalization at this stage are pointed out,and the industrial convergence path,talent fusion support path,endo-dynamic cultivation path,ecological sustained path and organizational lead path are discussed.
