后工业时代矿产资源开发评价指标体系应用与验证分析

Application and verification analysis of evaluation index system of mineral resources development in the post-industrial era

随着我国逐渐步入后工业时代,经济高质量发展、生态环境保护与人们高质量的生活需求,对矿产资源开发提出了更高要求,如何将矿产资源开发利用与生态文明有机地协调和谐发展,是当前需要着重思考和研究的课题。本文针对后工业时代矿产资源开发评价指标体系,在评价指标分级、指标数据获取以及数据标准化处理等研究基础上,选择处于不同区位环境的国内外5个典型铅锌矿山作为案例研究对象,验证“后工业时代矿产资源开发评价指标体系”的合理性和有效性,并总结剖析该指标体系在铅锌矿产资源评价中的应用经验,指出该指标体系的优势和不足,为该指标体系的推广应用提供理论和数据分析支撑。

With China’s entering post-industrial era,higher requirements for quality economic development,ecological environment protection,and quality of life are put forward for the development of mineral resources.The methods to organically unify,coordinate,and harmoniously improve the development and utilization of mineral resources and ecological civilization are subjects that need immediate consideration and further studies.This study selected five typical lead-zinc mines at home and abroad in different environments as the case study object using the evaluation index system of mineral resources development in the post-industrial era based on evaluation index classification,index data acquisition,and data standardization process.In this study,we verified the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation index system,summarized and analyzed its application in the evaluation of lead-zinc mineral resources,determined its advantages and disadvantages,provided theoretical and data analysis support for its promotion and application value,and accumulated data throughout the experience.
