延伸性护理对恶性肿瘤化疗患者癌性疲乏与睡眠质量的影响

Effect of extended nursing on cancer fatigue and sleep quality of patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy

目的:探讨延伸性护理对恶性肿瘤化疗患者癌性疲乏与睡眠质量的影响。方法:实施化疗肿瘤患者120例随机分观察组及对照组各60例,对照组常规护理与出院指导,观察组进行延伸护理:组建延伸护理小组、建立随访档案、开展综合性延伸护理措施、实施恶性肿瘤系统化护理。结果:延伸护理干预3月,观察组行为疲乏(4.12±1.98)、躯体(4.09±1.85)、认知(4.76±1.58)、情感(4.22±1.43)低于对照组的(5.40±2.11)、(5.20±1.92)、(5.07±1.63)、(5.20±1.56)(P<0.05),观察组PSQI评分(7.09±0.88)、存在睡眠障碍18例(30.00%,10/60)低对照组的(8.43±1.62)、32例(56.67%,32/60)(P<0.05)。结论:延伸性护理模式可有效减轻恶性肿瘤放疗患者的癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量,值得在今后临床护理当中推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of extended nursing on cancer fatigue and sleep quality of patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:120 cases of tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and discharge guidance,while the observation group received extended nursing:establishing extended nursing group,establishing follow-up files,carrying out comprehensive extended nursing measures,and implementing systematic nursing of malignant tumor.Results:after 3 months of extended nursing intervention,the behavior fatigue of the observation group was(4.121±98),body(4.091±85),cognition(4.761±58),emotion(4.221±43)was lower than(5.401±2.11)、(5.20±1.92)、(5.07±1.63)、(5.20±56)(P<0.05),PSQI score of observation group(7.091±88)and 18 cases(30.00%,10/60)with sleep disorders were lower than(8.430±62),32 cases(56.67%,32/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion:the extended nursing mode can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality of patients with malignant tumor radiotherapy,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing in the future.
