摘要
目的:对护患沟通艺术在儿科门诊护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法:抽取456例患儿随机分为两组各228例,对照组应用常规护理,在此基础上实验组加用护患沟通艺术,对比不同组患儿家属护理总满意度与不良事件发生率。结果:①对照组患儿家长护理总满意度低于实验组(P<0.05)。②实验组患儿纠纷、投诉率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通艺术在儿科门诊护理中可有效提高患儿家长护理满意度,并降低了不良事件发生率,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nurse patient communication art in pediatric outpatient care.Methods:456 cases of children were randomly divided into two groups,228 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was added with nurse patient communication art.Results:①the total satisfaction of parents in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).②The rates of disputes and complaints in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse patient communication art in pediatric outpatient care can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of parents of children,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of promotion.
