弧形闸门支臂结构空间有限元分析原则研究 被引量:4

摘要 为确保有限元法在闸门支臂结构设计中有规可依且科学高效应用、克服设计过程中的随意性问题,对闸门支臂结构几何建模、网格划分、边界条件、荷载施加、分析计算、结果评价等方面进行系统研究。从弧形闸门支臂结构的稳定分析入手,综合运用有限元法与稳定理论对支臂结构的稳定性进行探究。研究发现:当采用常用的梁单元模拟支臂结构时,支臂结构的有限元分析结果由其网格数决定,合理网格数为20到40;考虑初始缺陷、几何和材料双重非线性的有限元法可准确快捷得到支臂结构的稳定临界荷载,线性有限元法一般偏大30%到297.29%。通过有限元分析原则的制定可为闸门结构的有限元分析评价提供安全高效的分析规则,为应用有限元法进行闸门设计奠定技术基础,进一步推动闸门设计规范颁布实施有限元分析的具体标准,提高闸门设计的质量和效率,推广有限元法在闸门设计中的应用。 In order to ensure that the finite element method can be applied scientifically and efficiently in gate structure design,and overcome the random problems in design process,the systematic researches on gate structure geometric modeling,meshing,boundary conditions,load application,analysis and calculation and result evaluation are carried out.Starting with the stability analysis of the arm structure of radial gate,the finite element method and stability theory are comprehensively used to explore the stability of arm structure.The results show that:(a)when the commonly used beam elements are used to simulate the arm structure,the finite element analysis result of arm structure is determined by the number of its grids,and the reasonable number of grids is 20 to 40;and(b)the finite element method considering the initial defects,geometry and material dual nonlinearity can accurately and quickly obtain the stable critical load of arm structure,and the stable critical load of the linear finite element method is generally 30%to 297.29%larger.The formulation of finite element analysis principles can provide safe and efficient analysis rules for the finite element analysis and evaluation of gate structure,lay a technical foundation for the application of finite element method for gate design,and further promote the promulgation and implementation of specific standards for finite element analysis in gate design specification for improving the quality and efficiency of gate design and promoting the application of the finite element method in gate design.
