智慧学习环境下远程教育个性化学习支持服务模式探索与实践--以广东开放大学“网络金融”课程为例 被引量:3

摘要 远程教育的发展离不开良好的学习支持服务。在智慧学习环境下,技术与教育进一步融合、深化,教学模式、资源交互方式、师生关系等都出现了新的特征。研究把远程教育学生作为服务对象,构建个性化的学习支持服务模式,并在“网络金融”课程进行实施。实践证明,项目以教师服务团队为基础,提供个性化的资源推送和教学支持服务,注重技术和情感支持服务,有效地提升了学生的学习满意度,提高了学习成绩。 Learning support service play a key role in distance education.Intelligent learning is featured with integration of technology and education,diversified teaching modes and interactive resource modes,new relationship of teacher-student.The study aims to explore personalized learning support service in Network Finance.On the basis of teacher service team,personalized resource delivery and teaching support services plus technical and emotional support,the new mode can improve students'learning satisfaction and academic performance.
