“互联网+”背景下开放大学社区教育新型模式的构建

Research on the New Mode of Open University Community Education in Internet+

在“互联网+”背景下,开放大学应从纵向视角和横向视角两个方面构建新型社区教育模式。对于纵向视角,主要是按时间历程将社区教育的发展作阶段性的划分,不同阶段的工作重心不同;而对于横向视角,主要是根据社区教育学员的需求特点来探讨“互联网+”背景下社区教育面临的微观问题。最后提出符合阶段性发展规律、满足主体多元化需求的社区教育发展解决对策。

In the era of Internet+,a new type of community education mode in open university should be constructed from vertical and horizontal perspectives.For the vertical perspective,the community education should focus on its key issues according to the time course.For horizontal perspective,the micro problems of community education are addressed to meet learners’needs.Finally,the solutions are provided in line with different development stages and diversified needs.
